The Art of Dealing with People | Self-Development – Personal Growth:

The Art of Dealing with People:
At the outset, do not be surprised by the title of this topic — even if it seems a little unusual, it is nonetheless a real truth.
Dealing with people is a true art that requires an aware and skilled person in this matter, so that you become loved by everyone and a source of inspiration for others.
Interacting with others is largely instinctive, yet achieving constructive and productive interaction will be extremely difficult.
This is due to the diversity of human types, thinking styles, temperaments, cultures, and moods as well — and this is just by way of example.
Dealing with others requires acquiring many skills and experiences that qualify you for this task,
and help you achieve good and successful interaction with those around you,
and how to build positive relationships with people without encountering many problems and obstacles along the way.
Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of God's creation, our master and beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family and companions.
To proceed: when calling people to God Almighty, the caller needs several qualities, such as
good conduct with people and wisdom in dealing with them. Educational institutions have given attention to this matter and have even presented it to their members
under various headings that fall under this topic.
The origin of this topic was a course delivered to a group of students, and by the grace of God I was provided with a copy
of the course material, which I then wrote up, added to, and organized alongside other materials — and I ask God Almighty to make my work accepted and beneficial to you.
He is Most Generous and Bountiful, and so on — and after that:
The subject of this art we are discussing today — the art of dealing with people — is an enormously important matter,
one that all peoples of the world care about, including Islamic and Arab peoples as well.
In the West, there are dedicated institutes and places where what are called social skills are taught:
how a person speaks, how they build self-confidence, how they interact and mingle with others,
how to be articulate when speaking with people. Our noble religion contains abundant treasures of etiquette, including the etiquette of dealing with others.
Our role model, teacher, and guide in dealing with people is the beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, of whom it was said: "He was a walking Quran on earth."
Yet Muslims, regrettably — except those upon whom God has had mercy — have not been able to fully benefit from those teachings and matters,
and have not, unfortunately, moved beyond the stage of theorizing (the stage of ideas) either.
It is not enough to say: among the etiquettes of companionship is such-and-such, and among the etiquettes of fellowship is such-and-such, and among the etiquettes of speech is such-and-such (by way of example).
Few of us train ourselves and train our people, families, or those around us in this regard.
There is almost no practical training — education is the mold, not upbringing,
and practical training is what is most needed in this matter, and it is the focus of this discussion:
And up to this point, my friend, we have successfully completed the task
