Additionally, 84% of participants expressed reservations about entering sensitive health data, in a clear indication of the rising awareness of digital privacy and users' caution against exploitation.
A Notable Decline in the Use of ChatGPT and Gemini
The report showed that approximately 43% of participants stopped using ChatGPT, compared to 42% who stopped using Gemini, reflecting a genuine shift in user behavior despite some continuing to rely on these tools for purposes such as document summarization or digital content creation.
Experts also believe that these numbers represent a clear message to AI companies such as OpenAI and Google about the need to strengthen privacy policies and build greater trust with users in order to retain their customer base.
